Jonathan is the founder and broker of Dominion Group Properties, a licensed loan officer, and a former homebuilder with roots that go back to 1993. He began his career building homes in Ohio, where he developed the construction knowledge, business experience, and negotiation instincts that continue to guide his work today.
After relocating to Phoenix in 2005, Jonathan founded Dominion Group Properties in 2010. His experience across construction, financing, brokerage, investment properties, and property management allows him to evaluate the full picture and help clients move forward with clarity.
